Tooru Ookawa is a talented male voice actor hailing from Kagoshima Prefecture, who is represented by Mausu Promotion. He is known for his work in various anime series and video games. In terms of game roles, Ookawa has lent his voice to characters such as Kondo Isami in "Hakuouki Shinsengumi Kitan" and "Hakuouki Zuisouroku," as well as voicing Arawn in "Tears To Tiara" for both the PC and PS3 platforms.
