Shigeharu Shiba was a prominent anime producer and audio director who was born in Tokyo, Japan in 1932. After graduating from Tokyo University of Education, Shiba formed Jiyuu Theatre Troupe, which was a renowned acting group in Japan. He later joined Omnibus Promotion, where he worked on numerous anime TV series, OVAs, and movies. Throughout his career, Shiba made a significant contribution to the anime industry, and his work was recognized multiple times.
