Tetsuya Nakatake is an animation producer and co-founder of WIT Studio. He began his career in 2000 at Production I.G as an animation producer, where he worked on several notable titles including Kimi ni Todoke, Sengoku Basara, and Guilty Crown. In 2012, Nakatake co-founded WIT Studio with George Wada, another producer from Production I.G. He served as the director of WIT Studio, which went on to produce popular anime series such as Attack on Titan, The Ancient Magus' Bride, and Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress.
