Chisa Yokoyama is a talented voice actress born in Tokyo, Japan. She has worked on numerous anime projects and is well-known for her roles in popular series such as Sailor Moon and Tenchi Muyo. In addition to her voice acting work, Yokoyama co-hosts a radio show with fellow seiyuu Kappei Yamaguchi and Sakura Wars creator Ouji Hiroi. She is also the founder and head of her own voice talent agency called Banbina, which she established after departing from Arts Vision.
